Description

TASTE : Due to the low concentration of sugars, it is not very sweet.

Aroma : Mild aroma

COLOUR : Its colour is characteristic, as it has a light beige shade reminiscent of caramel, with creamy-blue ‘highlights’ inside. This is why we call it ‘spruce-vanilla’.

CRYSTALIZATION : It never crystallizes.

NUTRITIONAL VALUE : It is a honey rich in trace elements such as potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and iron and is low in sugars.

This honey is produced only in some mountains of the Peloponnese, which makes it very rare as it cannot be found anywhere else in the world, so its production is very limited.
